I think legally we could get in trouble for posting pics where users under 18 could view. Also, there may be provisions with the hosting company as well.

I would suggest doing a verification of age and only allowing those people access to the contents in that forum. As long as you keep records, that should suffice.

Legal, pencil is right. Got a age verification thing up, waiting on confirmation from new host and, there is the thing of where to get the content, as most directors or companies copyright their material like any other movie/ photo shoot.

We'll see, currently its not very high on priorities, in fact i haven't done anything with it in over a month
