Thread: Steam platform error

Anyone know how to fix the 'Platform Error: module failed to initialize' error with Steam? No longer lets me play CS:S >.<

I've already tried reinstalling steam/css but makes no difference.

In steam go to File>Settings
Select the "In Game" tab
uncheck "Enable Steam Community In Game"
Click OK
Run Game
