If you want to have a private channel just ask a server admin on Teamspeak and he will make you one.

anyone can mute anyone like I can mute cabry but everyone else can still hear him if they like its piss easy

when i was admin, i always tried to create more friendly and public TS. creating less channels and channels like [Fps. SD channel] [Fps. promod channel] etc right at the start. the teamspeak is ment to be a public teamspeak but everyone is in a private channel..

oh wait yesterday there were a few polish people in the public WoW channel so i was like hey lets have a chat.
me: hey guys, how are you doing?
they: *polish talking*
me: so hey.. you play wow, what level are you guys? (trying to be interrested)
*user left your channel*
*user left your channel*
*user left your channel*

Maybe they cant speak English? :S
I think there's nothing wrong with private channels because it can be annoying when you want to play with your mates and some high-pitched-kids (think that word became already famous here) join your channel and start making terror.

yeah private channels can not be taken away they are nessacery

It's no clan.. It's a Community and I dont think so :-)
