i found it. but it wont let me paste a config onto the old config...
btw guys if you wanna use 250 as you maxfps turn down your graphics(video mode) mega low so low can get then it will nbe at 250 all the time
btw guys fov 80 wont only make you see more i can for example also jump longer and move a little faster. its a great improvement against ppl who dont have it. and no i havent always had it i jsut got it my self so i do have skill
FOV 80 will not change anything except for your Field of View. You may appear to move faster and jump further, but you are not.
Making the FOV larger will also reduce your FPS as more things are loaded on your screen. So you may want to keep it low, if you have a low-end graphics card.
Main things for lowering Fps would be decals and sun, imo.
resolution is biggest fps eater than the decals and sun. Also promod film tweaks give you a fps boost.
Ahh, never thought about resolution.

you have to be logged on as an admin. there's an option for it somewhere in vista. just google "how to enable vista admin" or something like that.
