no u alwways have to warn and give a reason and tell them what ban it is

I have warned previously and I figured him having his post count reset would knock some sense into him and make him realize that he shouldn't do it again.

warn him, if he does not stop, tell him you'll temp ban him. same on the site. seems like he stopped spamming, if not, 1 week ban will put him back into his senses
