Thread: Early Survey Results

Thought i'd post some results from the survey.

Its been out nearly 2 days now so i'm going to post some ideas people have had and instead of posting what we need to do in a private forum, i'll post it here.

Server Admins - It seems people don't like the server admins. (Very strongly shown in the survey).

So i want you all to start to work more of a team.. Forget your ego, your dislikes and work together

Look More, I've just been in the server, with two other admins I think, and I can clearly see Noob Tubes, Marty, Last Stand floating about, I know sometimes its hard to work it out.. But c'mon

"nothing one person can do about the admins it needs to be a team effort without ego's getting in the way of work"

"the only thing we need right now is for all the admins to become a family and work together"

"better staff morale"

"Some server admins are kind of imature and sometimes act like it :\"

"staff bickering and fighting with each other and having egos take precedent over the work that needs to be done"

Those are only some of the responses.

So, from now on server admins that I feel are not doing it the right way will be removed.

Admins - If an admin does something wrong don't start a fight either on xfire or in the game. Kindly tell them, and ask them not too.

Players - Don't piss the admins off. Ask for things once. If you're afk, go to spec. Don't break the rules

C'mon guys, lets have fun and all be friends. I ask you now, if you don't like any of the above, to pm me to have your admin removed!

Also, looking for more server admins, so get active and apply!

Have not received a donation in a while now, the voice server is now on hold and the promod will be next, unless some donation is received before the October 12th.

yes, sadly we had some admin related problems, but hope that problem is fixed now

Well, lets make sure we stop criticizing admins all the time. Tell them they've made a mistake, then let themselves correct it

And if anyone has a problem when I'm -not- on the server, there are no other admins available, my status is Online on xfire, PLEASE do not hesitate to send me a message telling me to get on!

same here. and i know i've barely been on the server lately my card burnt out but my replacement will be here within a week or 2. so i'll be back and better than ever. I have been going to internet cafes to play occasionally though.

So that's why I haven't seen you. I know you're in a different time zone, but I used to see you much more! Can't wait to start killing you...I mean play with you again on the server.

believe me, the feeling is mutual...

I dont see why people hate the server admins. They do theyre job. ban the hackers. kick th rule breakers and so on. and same goes for me as for jibble.
