CPU - Quad core
Motherboard - EVGA or Asus. I prefer EVGA to go with an EVGA vid card. See my notes below.
Vid - EVGA or BFG.
Ram - 3gb min for 32 bit OS, 4+ for 64 bit.
Sound - use onboard. Newer mobos have good sound built in.
Network - Use onboard.
PSU - If you want to have upgradeability in future, get a decent 750+ PSU for SLI. If not, a 500, 550 is enough.
Hard drive - Sata, and decent size. I run with a 1tb now, and will buy another 1 tb in the future.
CPU cooler - get a decent one. Not stock. Zalman is a good brand, Coolermaster as well.
The reason I like EVGA boards and vid cards is because they match. EVGA designs both to work well with each other so you will never have a problem with those and they are optmized to run together.

ty is that EVERYTHING i need?
Would i be able to put it together or would i have to get someone?

Ok here we go. I usually advise against a bundle due to the fact that the components may be subpar sometimes, but this one is solid.
Option 1:
EVGA 790i Ultra SLI Barebones Kit includes the following:
- EVGA nForce 790i Ultra SLI motherboard
- Intel Core 2 Quad Q6700 2.6ghz CPU
- Ultra m923 Full Tower Case - Very nice case!
- 8gb of PC10600 1333mhz ram from OCZ. Good deal there.
- Hitachi 1TB 7k rpm drive. I have never had a problem with Hitachi.
- XFX GeForce 9800 GT vid card. While not a 200 series card, will still scream for vid games.
- Ultra 650 watt power supply.
All this for 610 Euro. Not a bad deal considering the price. The mobo is SLI so you could add a second 9800GT for SLI and improve gaming performance. A huge upgrade for you from your current.
Option 2:
- Intel Core 2 Quad 6700 - 145 Euro
- EVGA 790i - 145 Euro
- EVGA GTS 250 - 1gb ram. Solid card for money conscious people. 106 Euro
Then build up from there. Honestly, I think the bundle is a steal to be honest and you can save some cash for some other upgrades if you like.

looks nice im getting that
what do you think of this though http://img30.imageshack.us/img30/605/mickeypc.jpg

The core2 duo and ram are too slow and would be upgraded soon. I like the 285 in there, but not from Asus.
Like i said, I usually advise against a bundle, but this one is a pretty sweet deal from tigerdirect.com and you can always upgrade by adding another 9800GT and running in SLI.
I have 2 OCd 280's in SLI right now and not a single drop in fps in any game I play. It took a day to get used to in CoD4 because I added a larger widescreen monitor as well with a different reso. I run 1600x1080 or whatever that reso is for widescreen and it is amazing.
